The Conference provides a wide variety of trainings designed to equip participants with practical skills and strategies for successful bargaining and organizing. Our sessions are tailored to meet the needs of all union leaders and activists, offering in-depth learning on key topics.
Participants can choose from a multi-day "Track Training" or to take an assortment of individual sessions.
